1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PadelHQ ("the Service") — the website, the iOS and Android apps, and the public live boards — operated by Big Day Out Inc., a company registered in the State of Delaware, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PadelHQ is a padel sports platform that provides match logging, player skill ratings and rankings, tournament management, leagues (including box leagues, event series, ladders and team leagues), club and community pages, sponsor and prize display, live scoreboards, and related features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings in the app or on the web.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit false match results, ratings, or other data
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload content you do not have the right to use, including logos and images
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including match data, profile information, photos and logos, and tournament or league results. By submitting content, you grant Big Day Out Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service — including on public live boards and share links for the events it belongs to.

If you organize events and upload sponsor names or logos, you are responsible for having the sponsor's permission to display them.

6. Competitions & Ratings

Skill ratings, rankings, standings, and promotion or relegation outcomes are calculated automatically from submitted results. Organizers may adjudicate results within their events (for example awarding a walkover). While we work to keep calculations accurate and honest, we do not guarantee any particular competitive outcome, and ratings carry no monetary value.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, software, and content created by Big Day Out Inc., is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Big Day Out Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Day Out Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
